Sentinel is governed AI installed inside a company: the work people already do, written down as procedures a machine can run, with a person approving anything that leaves the building. This page is the record of what it can actually do — one entry per thing that shipped, in plain words. Every entry says what changes for the people doing the work and what it means for the owner who signs. Where an entry has been proven, it says on what: a run on fake systems is not the same claim as a run on a real installation.
The build has not started. The first entry appears when the first sprint closes its gates — not when work begins on it. Until then this page stays empty on purpose: an empty record is honest, a record of intentions is not.
